关于工程资料要求的翻译？

requisition应该就是请购单的意思，这个词在我翻译的文件里多次出现，有时候是单个的requisition，有时候 ... 请购单，就是公司的技术，根据设计文件提出了采购料单，然后负责管理的项目部门，根据现有的库存情况，进行材料的甄别、汇总，然后提交文件给采办部门，这个文件就叫请购单，要从提出人员、项目经理、采办经理、公司负责的领导、总经理等级级签字，最后发出去，形成采购合同，从而把东西买回来。
