方法一:将2,5-二溴吡啶3与碘化钠和氢碘酸在梨形烧瓶中反应,经过缓慢回流和猝灭反应得到5-溴-2-碘吡啶。
方法二:将2,5-二溴吡啶与45%HI在三颈圆底烧瓶中反应,通过萃取和干燥得到5-溴-2-碘吡啶。
方法三:将2,5-二溴吡啶与NaI和AcCl在乙腈中反应,通过萃取和干燥得到5-溴-2-碘吡啶。
5-溴-2-碘-3-吡啶可作为制备抗癌剂Lonafarnib的关键中间体。
