能帮我解决问题者金币全部赠送!XPS高手请进!?

我做的是Mn基催化剂,用于分解含氯化合物。但是催化剂寿命很短,估计是氯中毒,形成锰的氯化物,想用XPS表征。做检测的老师说从Mn元素分析氯化锰不好分析,因为氯化锰和氧化锰的BE很近;从氯元素分析,免费的数据库http://www.lasurface.com/database/elementxps.php太旧了,木有氯化锰的信息。哪位高手有后者的BE,并提供相关文献证明,小弟不胜感激,我金币不多,愿意全部奉送!能提供线索者回赠金币!
