本研究旨在探讨有氧运动对衰老大鼠的学习记忆能力和海马BDNF基因表达的影响。
方法:将64只SD大鼠随机分为4个大组,每个大组再分为2个小组。进行了Morris水迷宫试验和自然喂养。
实验结果显示,有氧运动对大鼠的学习记忆能力和海马BDNF基因表达有显著影响。
