人髂动脉内皮细胞提取物可用于动脉粥样硬化中血管细胞粘附分子-1的表达与基因干预研究。动脉粥样硬化是一种系统性疾病,其发展与炎症反应密切相关。研究表明,各种AS危险因素会导致动脉内皮细胞损伤,进而增加细胞粘附分子的表达,如血管细胞粘附分子-1。这些分子的增加会引起单核细胞和T淋巴细胞的粘附,进而引发炎性反应,促进动脉粥样斑块的形成。
