ROSETTA(DE3)感受态细胞-CB108是经特殊工艺处理得到的大肠杆菌E.coli Rosetta(DE3)感受态细胞菌株。该菌株通过补充6种稀有密码子,提高外源基因在原核系统中的表达水平,尤其对真核基因的表达有显著效果。

ROSETTA(DE3)感受态细胞-CB108可用于构建NGAL原核表达载体,并在原核细胞中诱导表达人NGAL的融合蛋白pET28a-NGAL。通过纯化融合蛋白作为抗原,免疫动物制备多克隆抗体,为进一步研究NGAL的生物学功能奠定基础。
