人血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)ELISA试剂盒是一种用于检测样本中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)含量的双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）试剂盒。

试剂盒的原理是将预先包被人血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）捕获抗体的微孔中，依次加入标本、标准品和HRP标记的检测抗体。经过温育和洗涤后，用底物TMB显色，根据颜色的深浅和样品中的人血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）含量的正相关关系，在450nm波长下测定吸光度（OD值），从而计算样品浓度。

人血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)ELISA试剂盒可用于血管内皮细胞生长因子基因转染成纤维细胞的实验研究。该实验研究的步骤包括体外扩增人血管内皮细胞生长因子165基因全长序列并构建真核质粒表达载体，用重组载体转染原代培养的人胎儿成纤维细胞，得到转基因细胞株，并对转基因细胞进行初步研究，探讨其在创面移植和复合人工皮构建中的应用可行性。
