沧州临港星辰化工有限公司是在河北省沧州市临港化工园区注册的。它的前身是天津市道福化工新技术开发有限公司，天津市道福化工新技术开发有限公司于1999年在天津新技术产业园区注册，是一家集研发、生产、销售于一体的精细化学品制造企业。本公司以高等院校为依托，着力于氢化物及氘化物等特种化工产品的开发和生产，是中国 系统研究和生产氢化物及氘化物系列产品的企业，已拥有多项发明专利。
